Easy Fish Dish

Ingredients: (preferably organic)

  • 2-4 sole fish filets

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • ½ cup kalamata olives

  • a drizzle of olive oil

  • pink Himalayan salt, to taste

  • black pepper, to taste

  • a sprinkle of parsley & basil

Directions:

01. Pre-heat the oven to 180C.

02. Place the fish filets in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.

03. Add the cherry tomatoes & olives and drizzle everything with olive oil.

04. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, garnish with fresh parsley and basil and serve alongside your fav vegetables.
