Hailey Bieber Smoothie

Serves one.

Ingredients: (preferably organic)

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • ¼ avocado

  • 2 dates, pitted

  • 1 cup plant milk (oat or almond works)

  • ½ tsp maca (optional, for stamina & resilience)

  • ¼ tsp ashwagandha (optional, for stress relief)

  • a splash of coconut cream, for garnish

Directions:

01. Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender, top with coconut cream & enjoy immediately. Perfect breakfast or quick snack/meal on the go
