Apple Pie Breakfast Bowl

Serves 1

Ingredients:(preferably organic)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • ¼ cup oat milk

  • 1 small apple

  • cinnamon, to taste

  • a splash of maple syrup

  • 1 cup greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp almond butter

  • a sprinkle of GF granola (I use homemade or Purely Elizabeth)

Directions:

01. Make the chia seed pudding: mix the chia seeds with the oat milk and set aside, stir from time to time.

02. Dice the apple into small cubes and add it to a small pot along with a splash of water. Cook it on medium heat until soft, then add the cinnamon and maple syrup and cook for a few more minutes.

03. Assemble your bowl with the greek yogurt and chia seed pudding, top off with the apple and almond butter and sprinkle with granola, add more cinnamon if you like. Enjoy the perfect cozy breakfast!
