Greek Turkey Burgers

Serves 4

Ingredients: (preferably organic)

  • 600g ground turkey or chicken

  • ½ block feta, crumbled

  • a handful Kalamata olives, chopped

  • a handful parsley, chopped

Directions:

01. In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey or chicken with the feta, olives and parsley.

02. Mold them into 4-6 medium sized burger patties.

03. Grill or fry in a pan 6-8 minutes on every side until nicely browned.

04. Serve with Greek salad for a light lunch or dinner.
