High Protein Pancake
Makes one to two pancakes
Ingredients: (preferably organic)
1 banana
2 eggs
¼ tsp baking powder
a bit of ghee, for frying
berries, for garnish
maple syrup, for garnish
almond butter drizzle, for garnish
Directions:
01. Combine the banana, eggs & baking powder in a blender, blend until smooth.
02. Pre-heat a small frying pan to medium heat and melt a little bit of ghee before adding half the batter for the first pancake. Flip after 3-5 minutes and repeat with the second half of the batter.
03. Top the pancakes with berries, maple syrup & almond butter and enjoy a high protein breakfast that tastes like a treat!
