High Protein Millet Porridge

Ingredients: (preferably organic)

  • ⅓ cup millet flakes

  • 1 cup milk (I use cashew)

  • 2 egg whites

  • berries, for garnish

  • cinnamon, for garnish

Directions:

01. Place the millet flakes in a bowl and bring to a boil with the milk. Turn heat down to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the millet is soft.

02. Whisk in the egg whites until fluffy and combined.

03. Place the millet porridge in a bowl and garnish with berries and cinnamon or toppings of your choice.
