Peach Burrata Salad

Serves 4

Ingredients: (preferably organic)

  • 2-3 cups arugula

  • 2-3 flat peaches, cut into cubes

  • a few prosciutto slices

  • a drizzle of olive oil

  • a drizzle of balsamic vinegar

  • pink Himalayan salt, to taste

  • black pepper, to taste

Directions:

01. On a large platter, arrange the arugula, place the burrata in the middle, arrange the peaches aroundand top with prosciutto. Drizzle everything with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
