PB Choc Protein Cup

Serves 1

  • 1 cup greek yogurt

  • 2 tsp peanut butter

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips

  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil

  • unsalted peanuts, chopped, for garnish

  • flaky sea salt, for garnish

Directions:

01. Mix yogurt, peanut butter and maple syrup together in the yogurt container or a small bowl.

02. Place the chocolate and coconut oil in a glass container and put the glass container in a larger bowl, then fill the bowl with boiling water. Stir the chocolate and coconut oil mixture until melted.

03. Pour the chocolate over the yogurt mixture and spread evenly to cover. Garnish with peanuts and flaky salt. Freeze for 10 minutes or refrigerate for 30 minutes, until the chocolate is set and enjoy as a sweet treat or breakfast.
